Our GoalsIncrease our Impact
-Develop a menu of international opportunities for projects -Opportunities for non-profits to help raise goods/funds -Utilize District grant funds for community projects -Support international project Food for His Children -Create and cultivate fundraising campaign that includes corporate sponsorship program -80% of members are Sustaining Members ($100 annually) -100% donate annually (Every Rotarian Every Year) -We have an active Interact club and support their projects Expand our Reach -We have a broad cross section of members from community -We are a flexible club able to adapt to new situations -Our members are willing to kick in time, energy and money -We work with other clubs to promote events, meetings, ourselves Increase our Ability to Adapt -Build hybrid club model -We have a developed fundraising strategy -We have diverse demographics including classifications -We perform local service projects with transformational impact Enhance Participant Engagement -We have communication strategies that appeal to our younger members -All members know about Rotary International training opportunities -We have diverse weekly meetings -We participate in District & Rotary International training -Increase membership to 45 -Increase service activities offered -Increase social activities and opportunities |
